Had a great day at Tyler’s today!

Miss Summer greeted me warmly and got me to the section I needed and introduced me to Pedro, who helped me think through the size options & fit of some Poncho and Howler Bros shirts.

Will & Ryan helped find some other shirts and happily took the shirts that didn’t work and handled them.

Will be back! Thank you Tyler’s for great fashion and great service!!

I went to Tyler’s Bee Cave after searching MANY stores in Austin for comfortable, stylish, shoes for work. I have a large, wide foot for a woman. I finally landed at Tyler’s. A young man was helping me, overhearing the exchange with my husband and after about 6 try on’s Dominic asked if he could make a suggestion. I had my mind set on On Cloud shoes and none of them were working for me. Dominic brought out a pair of wide sized Hoka’s and changed the game for me. I didn’t even ask if they carried wide sizes, as many stores don’t. Needless to say Tyler’s Bee Cave has a lot of uncommon options in shoes and Dominic has excellent customer service. Pedro helped us check out and was fantastic super inviting and customer friendly! We had great conversation and made us feel like we knew him for years! And also want to call out Jackson! He helped us with getting our son a new pair of shoes for camp and found the right fit when we went all around Austin to find something and couldn’t find anything.
