This is a pretty lengthy review but, it hurts a couple questions that people may have specifically.. So, let's just start by saying, I've always loved Khols... The clothes are nice. The woman's shirts only goes up to extra extra large and the extra extra large is actually like a large. The shirts in the front will fit me perfectly but, as soon as I try to lift my arms or move my arms forward, I feel like I'm going to bust out of their clothes like the hulk. It's all of the shirts in the store. I have spoken to other women while shopping there and they have confirmed the same thing happens to them as well. I'm kind of in between the extra extra large but not large enough to go into the plus sizes. However, I did check one time to see if there was anything that would fit me shirt wise and I gotta say, the styles of the clothes as they got bigger, got really uglier. They really should come out with more stylish clothes for women who wear plus-size clothes. I do buy my pants from there. I love the Sonoma jeans, they fit really well and they also have the Soho brand jeggings, that are in Jrs. Those are really nice form fitting. You just need to make sure that you try them on before you get them. I bought a whole bunch of Jeggings. I tried them on, they fit great, perfect for work, perfect for going places. I love them. One day I ran back into Kohl's, picked up a pair of black ones & red ones. When I got home, I realized that they were the Hi-Rise ones so they didn't fit me the same. They were literally pushing in on my stomach because there were so high rised. Anyways, just make sure you know what you're getting. Usually both brands Sonoma and Soho are on sale either like $19.99 a pair or buy one get one 1/2 off. The kids jeans only go up to size 18 and the size 18 is actually a size 16. My son is going to be 15 years old and he's not that much taller than me and he's a good average weight. Last year 2018 starting in February, I bought him probably about six to 8 pairs of jeans during this time, all sizes starting with size 12 and ending with size 18 by the end of the school year, he had grown out of all of them. He was way smaller last year. When school started this year I couldn't even shop for him in the boys section for jeans, I had to go to the men's and get like size waist 29 30. So, their boys jeans run very small. Make sure you try on ALL OF WHAT YOU'RE BUYING. Their return policy is good. If you have the receipt, obviously you can just return the item, get your money back but if you don't have the receipt & you didn't use a credit card, they're not going to be able to pull up your purchase. That means, they can give you the money back BUT, if you bought a shirt for $40 & it happened to go on sale before you returned it, whatever the LOWEST sale price was, is what you're getting back in cash. So if it was on sale for $20, that's what you're getting back. Just make sure you keep all your receipts, if you think you're going to have to return something. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE KOHL'S. Their sales are extremely good. If you are good at budgeting and working a sale, you can walk out of there with a lot of stuff for a little bit of money. I actually went today and got eight towels for $22. A couple weeks ago bought a pair of boots that was originally $104.99 with 90% of was $10.49. I had $10 in Khols cash which brought them down to 49¢ and then 20% or maybe 15% off that and the grand total I paid was .41¢. I walked into Khols with just my 10 $ in Khols cash and made out like a bandit.. I'm telling you Khols is where it's at. Also, sign up for their rewards card. That's definitely added to a lot of savings on my...
Read moreKelly is a wonderful representative ambassador for kohls at the Walpole mall . She is engaged , conscientious , customer centric and someone I have seen provide maximum effort helping customers . In my case she saw my two carriages full of purchases and mentioned the opportunity with the kohls credit card and the potential savings at stake . While ringing me out with a receipt that reflected $1300 in savings she expertly set expectations and reassured the line behind me and was responding to customers who were beeping at the exit due to jewelery or the rare overlooked security sensor and she did so with a smile . She never broke her stride and her energy was contagious . I also had interaction with manager Jasmina as the credit decision lingered on and she was very pleasant and composed and friendly exhibiting grace under fire as she managed a busy store with a hot sale and a persistently long line. I just moved closer to Walpole and my store used to be Hingham or Stoughton but now I know where my new Kohl’s home location will be as these ladies made me a Walpole loyalist due to the over the top customer service I received that made me feel like my business was truly appreciated and that’s how they were with every customer that I observed . Kudos to Kelly, Jasmina and let’s not forget Raphael who dropped what he was doing to find me a large cart for my selections . Walpole...
Read moreI want to address an issue that has impacted my credit over the years and I was never helped to explore alternatives in my situation! I have always been a Kohls customer who has paid my card without delinquency except for one time when we all went into lockdown for COVID in 2020. I had always paid in store until everything closed. Back then, I was working as a Psychologist at one of the Baystate Clinics and the situation escalated to the point where work was exhausting due to the COVID situation! It took me 3 days just to figure out how to pay the card online, however, I was never helped with this! I was never able to speak to anyone who could help me with the payment back then until I was able to schedule the online payment. I tried on several occasions to dispute that mark on my credit that took away about 40 points, but they never helped me. I have never to this day failed to pay on time! I wonder; how many people have gone through the same or something similar! I always had this thorn in my mind, but today I felt like getting it out and turning the page! Thanks Kohls for damaging my credit! Despite everything, I am still your customer, although not as...
