
I went to the store with a problem, and the salesman was just so rude. It was like he was annoyed to help me. When I showed him my receipt from the other store where I bought the item, he told me I should have been more realistic and gone back there to deal with it. He even suggested I should have let their staff handle it instead of him. It’s really frustrating because online, you can exchange or get a defect fixed at any Footlocker. Even Nike’s website says if you’re within 45 days of purchase, they’ll take it, but you should try the retailer you bought from. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I felt like I was being talked to like a kid just for trying to sort out my issue.
Also, the time on Google shows that this store opens at 10 AM which is fault every time I arrive. They aren't open until 11 to 11:30...

I have been in there four times in the past few months and M treated horribly everytime but I uThis last time I went in there I asked one associate to find me shoes he went in the back and didn’t come out with anything and didn’t say anything to me and then just ignored me the rest of the time I was there. Then I asked a female associate to get me a pair of shoes she went in the back for 20 minutes and then came out and started helping other customers (which I’m pretty sure was her friend friend) and so I asked her if she grabbed the shoes and she rolled her eyes at me and said they didn’t have them and went back to talking to the other customer in Spanish. Read moreFriday night closing crew....not all but 1 of the employees needs to work on some customer communication skills. According to google they close at 10pm. Showed up at 9:15pm and they were already closed. When asking if they can update their google times online the employee replied back with “it’s the mall that updates them.” Asking if she can relay the message, she says “You can contact them.” Haha 🤦🏽♂️
I was upset but, she’s young (I guess.) and was “off” of work....way to handle a customer concern young lady. Footlocker managers, what kind of customer service training processes are you running over there?
