White House Black Market — Local services in West Windsor

I love White House Black Market! Their clothes are always stylish and on-trend, but they also have a great selection of classic pieces that can be dressed up or down. I recently visited the Princeton Market Store location and was impressed with the selection and the helpful staff. I found a few new pieces that I love and I can't wait to wear them out.

I especially appreciate that White House Black Market offers a variety of sizes and shapes. It's so important to have stores that carry clothes that fit everyone, and White House Black Market does a great job of that. I also like that they have a good return policy, so I can try things on at home and make sure they're perfect before I commit to buying them.

I came to the store today looking for a dress and as I was waiting for a dressing room, one of the ladies working was talking to a mother and young daughter. The worker asked when the dress was needed by, and the girl responded “June 19, for graduation…”

The woman working responded in the most unprofessional manner, “well that’s not bad, Just a few weekends of only smoothies….or you can order the next size up”

I am appalled at the response that the worker gave to this young girl who was no older than 17. I will never return to this store as I see how their customer service is...

Was in the store where I shop very frequently. I walked to the counter to ask for a shirt in a medium or large size for a christmas girt. The girl at the counter looked me up and down, never moved and said we don't have any. She looked me up and down like it wouldn't fit me. And judged my size. Mind you my pants and shirt are both from your store. I will never be back to this store. Which is sad as I shop here very frequently.
