I do not recommend you even attempt to book a class the attitude the owner has is terrible. I booked a beginners class and woke up to not only a horrible rainy day but my car being broke down messing up my children getting to school. I called the place as early as I could and left a message only to receive a scolding message from the owner because I didn’t call sooner? Ma’am I’m calling to reschedule a $40 class I could easily call my card and cancel but decided to give this place a try. She first told me I couldn’t reschedule unless it was an emergency which I assured her it was then she went on to say that if I would be “truthful with her next time” I said ma’am I can send you the shops receipt of what’s happening and then she said no that’s fine that “she trusted me.” I said, no, ma’am you don’t have to trust me because you clearly just made that statement about lying. When you don’t even know me, this ladies attitude was worse than the day I just had and honestly at this point, I’d rather lose my money and she can lose a customer. I hope this message helps anybody else that’s looking for a place with an owner that has a better attitude to...

I recently joined Brassy Buddha, when I was grabbing a juice from Ono Bowl and stumbled upon a sign that said Yoga. I asked about the studio behind the juice store and Carmen, the owner of Brassy Buddha, came out and was so enthusiastic to show me around, that I felt instantly excited and connected to the space. Carmen offered a week of unlimited classes for a small price of 39 dollars and that week I was hooked. Carmen is an incredible teacher and so dedicated to her practice. Additionally, she has other instructors that are equally as wonderful. You can’t go wrong with any of the classes. I work from home and this is the first studio I have been apart of that offers classes in the middle of the day, as well as morning and night classes. Often times I take a class at around 11 or 12 and then work from the juice bar. I highly recommend you join this studio whether you are looking for a workout, looking to grow in your practice or just curious to try hot yoga or yoga in general....

This is not your average yoga studio. It is an incredibly special place to come to relax and recharge. The owner Carmen provides private and group special needs classes for all ages in addition to her daily regular classes. She is an approved DDD vendor for young adults 21+ (if you know, you know).

My son and many of his friends take the special needs classes but they are always welcome in the general classes too. My adult son was welcomed in the Friday night Happy Hour class for the past 2 years in addition to taking his private individual classes.

This is a gorgeous, quiet sanctuary next to Ono Bowls in Westfield NJ. After class it's great to gather and have a fresh made smoothie or bowl without going outside to another place. I HIGHLY recommend...
