Sierra — Local services in Westlake

They are a little pricey but very clean an organized store. I have had a pretty good time finding things that I like here, just would probably spend more if they would lower the prices even a little.

Some items don't seem like they're that much of a big cost savings others do.

I found a coat here that I really liked but I ended up buying it with the manufacturer because I was able to get a cheaper price and in a different color. I was happy to at least find out what size jacket I needed.

I bought a pair of Vionic tennis shoes that had actually seemed quite underpriced and I was surprised of how cheap the price was because things are usually expensive here compared to Marshalls or TJ Maxx but they had a little bit of dirt on them so I got the manager to give me another 10% off.

Hey all, I recently started shopping more frequently at Sierra in Westlake. Both stores in our area have great selections of merch. But what is great especially is the terrific staff at the Westlake location.

The two people I interact with the most are Angie and Matthew. Let me tell you Angie is a rockstar when it comes to customer service for purchases and my returns and providing info about the credit card and perks. Matthew also a rockstar helped me a return and pricing adjustment no hassles.

One of my favorite stores finally made it to Cleveland! I can't believe it's been open for a whole year and I hadn't heard about it 🙄

For the uninitiated, this is a discount store within the family of Marshall's and TJ Maxx, but much, much cooler.

Its entire focus is on outdoor gear and clothing, with everything you'd need for most sports and outdoorsy excursions. It's very well organized, clean, and altogether a pleasure to visit!
