This is not the place you want to go or even spend a penny. It was a complete nightmare, and ridiculous service. Around 8 p.m we tried to order food through the drive-through, before we finally got someone we spoke to 3 different people on the speaker to place the order (a large amount of noise, possibly music, sounded like a party). When I approached the window, I was the only vehicle in the drive-through, it took them close to 10 minutes to give us the food an when I asked for a drink replacement (since it didn't taste right), an employee wasn't very happy to give me a different drink but she did, but at the same time she started to tell me not to wink at her, which I had not done, I was in the presence of my kids and she started to accuse me of something I had not done, so I thought she might've had a bad day. It didn't stop so I told her to call the manager, at the same time she did, she was telling other employees that the mf was winking at her. When the manager showed up she doesn't even try to investigate what happened, and all she did was ask me if I had my food, and she hit the window closed with a venomous attitude. What is this? I will not let people make false accusations and the management doesn't even step in to solve the situation? I tried to call them, and when the manager answered and realize it was me, she hanged up on me, so I called again, and she put an employee (male) on the phone claiming to be the branch manager. As a customer I feel offended and humiliated , my family as well, my kids were shocked because we had never experienced such a thing........ This will require corporate intervention and NEW...
Read moreGood evening taco bell, I am absoulutly dumbfounded by the fact that you are still in business based on the service of the taco bell location by my house. I have held my tongue the past 20 times I have gone, but you guys need to hear. The taco bell location 70% of the time forgets part of my order and the 30% of the time they actually appropriately do their job and get the order correctly the food is smushed, or tastes like something I would feed my dog. The people working there have the worst attitudes, they are always rude, short and all around not happy. All of this is even if I'm able to place an order however a good 75 80% of the time I go, around 10 10:30, they are either closed or the "grill is off". Now this specific location on Google is open to 1 am, but yet they are always closed or have turned their grill 30 minutes to an hour early that is absurd and all around terrible business. I'm not aware of what's going on with the taco bell franchise, but it has gone very downhill very fast, and I have to tell you guys because your franchise is failing each day...
Read moreI never have, and maybe never will after today write a review of a fast food restaurant. This location is consistently the worst I have even been to. I don’t eat fast food very often, but when I do I enjoying Taco Bell. This location has consistently provided the wrong order and terrible food. Possibly 50% of the time Ive gone there they have provided the wrong order. The previous time I was there I asked for no cheese on two tacos for someone lactose intolerant, was very specific while ordering, and very specific at the pick up window to make sure there was no cheese on the tacos, and of course there was cheese on the tacos. Today, I placed an order, and when I got home it was wrong, which isn’t surprising considering its history. However, what prompted my review was that I opened a taco, went to grab it, and the shell was so stale and simultaneously soggy the taco literally disintegrated from light pressure into my hands. This truly is the worst location Ive ever been to and I will always avoid it from...
