Parlott Chocolatier — Local services in Westwood

Showed up to the location at BPM on two separate occasions on the same day, within the open hours of 11-6. No one was there to take my order both times. Wasted 5-10 minutes both times waiting for someone to show up to take my order. Very disappointing.

Edit: I came back the next day (today) and thankfully someone was there to take my order. I explained that I tried to stop by yesterday and was immediately met with hostility and “I was here yesterday, all day”. It’s a small location and I would be able to see if anyone was there and they very clearly weren’t there both times. Second upsetting experience and would not recommend the BPM...

We have ordered chocolate from Parlott Chocolatier 3 times already, for our wedding, for our anniversary and for Easter Chocoalte Eggs. Their chocolate aren't only the prettiest around but are the best quality and have the best taste. The details on the designs of their chocolate is impeccable. So artistic and creative. They use the finest chocolate which isn't super sweet and their fillings are to die for. I definitely recommend them if you want something not only delicious but pretty to look at. I called several times during business hours and stopped by the location. There was a generic, auto-generated voicemail with no indication that I actually reached the business. Maybe this google listing is out of date, but I couldn't find any way to contact the business by phone or in person. When I came to the location, it was in a non-descript office park and there was no signage for the company on the building or in the lobby.
