The salesperson that was in the shop was rude and condescending. I walked in with my 2 grandchildren right after the store opened. They saw the table where older toys were out for children to play with. Both children found a toy and played quietly. My grandson chose a wooden toy that had about 50 pieces. He moved most of the pieces and began to stack them back on. One piece dropped on the floor. Before he could get she picked it up up and reprimanded him about responsibility. My granddaughter was playing with a plastic game. She placed the piece in the slot and when she took it back out, a piece remained. I did not tell the clerk because I did not want her being reprimanded. We then went looking for a toy to buy and the clerk came up and said that my granddaughter broke the toy and I need to pay for it. When I refused, she told me I was a terrible example of a grandmother. She followed me out of the store as though I was a criminal. I will never shop...

Took 4 grandkids planning to spend $20 each. We were ignored, then told after 5 minutes to put up whatever toys they had touched to be cleaned. Two girls planned to buy a $12 charm bracelet then add some charms. One girl’s charm bracelet broke as she was trying it on. She handed it to the store clerk and told her what happened. We were told we would have to pay full price for something very poorly made. I asked her why I had to pay full price for something they paid half for. She said nope we have to pay full price. Not even a discount. I told the kids to put their toys up on the counter to be washed. We were NOT buying them! Avoid this place. There are nicer toy stores nearby I used to like it here. Too bad. Me my younger siblings and cousins had an awful experience with the manager at the store. We were looking around enjoying a nice time in town. The workers there were very nice to us and we had no issue with them. Their owner on the other hand was incredibly rude. She accused us of stealing and kicked us out of the back of the store. She had an attitude and is not fit to run a store. I feel bad for the workers that have to work for her. Hopefully someone buys her out so that nobody has to...
