I want to give the Staff, specifically the Tech Manager and the Copy Manager 0 stars for poor customer service, not trying to resolve and apparently dissatisfied customer and basically for not caring. I got more support and customer service from the clerk Mary then I did from Nick the Print Manager and the Tech Manager. I asked Nick why was my paper looking the way it did and he stated, that I must have used the glass plate and not the feeder. So, I said it should have been a sign or something stating that because now I have spent my money and my papers look ugly. He didn't apologize, he didn't offer to re-print them and when I asked the Tech Manager for a Manager he stated he was one of them, but didn't have any control or knowledge of the printing area. He says there is no Manager in the store who knows the entire store and can fix or correct an error other than the Manager over that department. Which is sad. Nick,the Print Manager should have offered to correct his area issues with printing instead of saying or doing nothing. Meanwhile, the Tech Manager who knows nothing about the Print area was over there with a lady while I was waiting to be serviced helping her in the self service area, which is what I was using, and ensuring he answered all her questions.
