Even one star is generous. I don’t leave negative reviews, but wow the customer service here is truly the worst and everybody should know. I had an issue with an order and the online customer service rep said they would resolve it, but instead pushed it off to the store, where the manager here was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily argumentative. I was not only accosted for having reached out to the online customer support (since my order originated online) but I was also lectured on why I was essentially wrong for expecting my order to arrive to me as it was proofed and expected. Having spent more than 10 years as a store manager in high traffic retail sales, I know that this is not how you handle a customer issue. I was told that if I want to take my business’ purchases elsewhere that’s my choice, to which I happily will be doing so. I wanted to get something laminated. I stood in line, 3 people behind the desk and no one said hi, then one person eventually says “do you need something?” Well, I was standing in line, not there to watch you look at me and be on your computer. Then he tells me I’m going have to wait for someone else. The next person continues what they’re doing without acknowledging me, then after a couple min says “you can have a seat, it’s going to be 5-10 min.” I understand you may be busy, even though there is no one in the store, but it doesn’t take much to say hello and welcome someone in who is going to pay...

The worst printing service in the city! I send them the order online, they giving me the horrible copy printed. Asked them to reprint it, because it is not how it supposed to look like. They say I have to pay again for this 5 papers to be reprinted. You can see this horrible quality, and those frames on the picture. The that I sent didn’t have it. Also rude people, it took them 30 min to fix something there, after this time, they saying to me that I have to pay again! Also, spoke Spanish in front of me by discussing me, crazy! Never coming...
