Kohl's — Local services in Wheeling

On Friday 7/12/19, I went in to buy 1 pack of Tee shirts. I noticed that they were extremely busy, like busier than I have ever seen. They had at least 6 people checking out and there was still a long line. Those 6 people were doing great as the line was moving relatively quick. When I was in line, the lady at the jewelry counter said "I can take the next person in line" and everyone in line looked at each other to see who was going to claim that honor. A lady stepped up and started the process. I watched and tried to decide whether or not I should go over and get behind her when I thought, Hey, I only have a pack of tees, surely this won't be a problem, so I did. When the cashier got done with the lady in front of me she looked at me and said, "can I help you?" "I just need to check out", I said. "You have to go back to the line, I will call the next person." I said, "I am already here and I have 1 pack of tees, can you just check me out?" "NO, you have to back to the BACK of the line!" she said louder than she had been speaking. I looked ta the line and it was twice as long as when I left it. "Ma'am", I said, " I just want to get this one pack of tees, do I really need to go back to the end of the line?" She turned away without saying a word and walked to the other side of the counter. I put the shirts back and drove straight to Target and bought a pack for half the price. I know this is petty but the small things are what make a company great, otherwise, you are just average. I will not go back and it is solely because of one person. What a terrible reflection of...

Dear Kohl’s you lost sales from me today, which by the fact I was the only car in the parking lot is not a new thing for this location. I was bra shopping which is the only thing I hate more than washing dishes. I can’t tell you of a single female I have ever met that likes bra shopping. This experience was made worse by the fitting rooms in the intimates department being closed. I had already made several selections to try on when making this discovery and due to the time consuming process of making those selections I went ahead and trekked to the other side of the store looking for a fitting room that the sign on the closed rooms said was nearby well the only one nearby was in the men’s department. So after finding fitting rooms in the ladies department that shares with the kids department I tried on my selections which shocker did not fit!!!! I was then on the opposite side of side of the store holding bras that I would normally have put back and selected others to try instead I hung them on the nearest rack and left the store. Nothing negatively impacts a woman’s confidence more than bra shopping! Kohls you need...

We visited the store to shop I'm on a time crunch for my vacation. I was in intimate where and I was very shocked when I ask for help a gentleman named Joe turned out to be the store Manager he asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I just felt that that was very very extraordinary and bold on his part. I could tell by his face he was a little embarrassed but at the same time he still showed up as a employee of Kohls to see if there was anything that he could do to help me find what I needed. Very nice as it turned out I found everything He had a handy handheld computer and he was able to find what it was I was looking for instantly. Joee was very professional very helpful a great aura a true gentleman, with a very charming personality. I was very pleased to meet him and my husband also mentioned he is the best manager we have dealt with in a very long time that actually has a heart to help.
