I placed an order for the Lilly Pulitzer 5” Low Rise Buttercup Shorts in the Color Conch Shell Pink in a Size 6. The pair of shorts I received had a pink stain on them and a peel in the fabric. They asked me if I would like to keep the shorts and refund 30% or would like a replacement I choose a replacement. The second pair of shorts I received had a small hole in the fabric. I sent those back as well and was told I would receive my full refund back to my card of $63.46. I received a message stating that I would only receive $55.50 refund. That they would not refund me $7.96 shipping charge. They stated that there was no hole in the shorts. I have photos to prove otherwise. Their refund policy stated if the item is returned within 7 days that they will refund the full amount for a full refund.

This review is long past due. I love this store! It is one of my favorite shops in Whitefish Bay and I am so happy as a small business they survived this pandemic. The store offers many of my favorite clothing and accessory brands and is a great place to get fun little gifts! The owners are always so personable and kind.
