Subway — Restaurant in Whitehall

I mobile ordered twice from this location and both times the sandwiches were wrong. The first time I got a sandwich it wasn’t toasted (I put special instructions in to have the green peppers and onions toasted with sandwich and instead nothing was toasted) and they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and didn’t put any cheese on my wife’s. The second time, right now, I pick my sandwich up from the store and neither my wife’s or my sandwich were toasted and I had to mobile order the Supreme Meats and there was no cheese at all on it when I requested pepperjack in the app (again I requested green peppers and onions to be toasted with the sandwich but again nothing was toasted). Usually I wouldn’t mind if it was busy or something then that’s fine, I worked at subway myself and messed up orders due to being busy, but there was literally no one else in the restaurant at the time of making these sandwiches and as we were eating the two ladies working were dancing around in front of their phone (best guess is probably for a tik tok). Updating Today 4-29-2024. I don't think I will back. Such a sad state for this store. This store was amazing location. It could just as easily be closed forever. We used to walk to this location every day. It was clean, staffed and great price lunch option. Now it's the opposite; cleaning could be improved, no staff, and 16 bucks for lunch. Service was not what I'm accustomed to for any Subway location. Backups were not done. As she proclaimed to everyone that she was now officially out of salami, and pepperoni and something else. It was 1145am lol. I know back-ups are big deal at subway. Hard to be out if back up are done. Meh end rant may or may not be back to this location. Leaning to not.

Ordered my food on the app. I asked for my sandwich to be made a specific way got home and it was nothing like I asked for. And the bread was old and they still have it to me. I went back to the location to have them remake it but they didn’t have steak do I asked for a refund. The young lady stated that there was no manager on duty to give me my money that I would have to wait till in the morning and to leave my name and number but I have yet to receive a call or my money back. You’re not gone feed me anything and think that’s ok. And the young lady was sitting out in the dinning room eating and seen me come in so she gets up and goes behind the counter and was about to make my food.
