Well, I hope to never spend money with this company again. Probably the worst customer service I've experienced this year. I went to the store since the website descriptions were lacking, including photos, and after some searching I found the perfect style of boot, but had to order the size we needed. The in-store help was kind of reluctant? Not quite the right word. She was willing to help, but certainly didn't seem enthusiastic, and I had to suggest we even check their website to order them, she didn't think of that was going to just let me leave. I should have. We ordered the boots, $310. When I got home, I saw in the confirmation email that she picked the wrong boot model. Similar to what I picked out, but with the wrong sole, whatever, mistakes happen. They also charged $20 more for the boots than they were listed online. I guess that was for the convenience of being ignored for a while by their staff and then getting to wait a week before they could even ship a pair? So after a WEEK of back and forth emails, they just cancel the order instead of sending me what I wanted and refunding the difference in price. In my very first email to them, the same night I placed the order, I pointed out exactly which style number it should have been ordered, they had more than enough time to fix it. I contacted boot barn on 2/7/22 inquiring about the delay. I was told to email back on 2/8/22 to see if the boots moved from their stalled position. When contacted again the next day, I was told Boot Barn has to do an investigation to locate the boots and it will take 7-10 business days. I was hoping to have these boots by Valentines Day. I emailed again requesting either they ship another set of boots out to fulfill my order or refund my money. Again I was told they canāt do anything until they find the original order. Terrible customer service. Without any further contact from Boot Barn, I just received my refund today, 2/21/22. I will never order from Boot Barn again. Absolutely awful...

Got to try on many pairs and was attended to by many of the employees (wranglers āŗļø) available at the store that day. All were courteous, helpful, and suggested items that would help me prepare for my trip. No pressure to buy, but so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and where to find other items I might need. Went out of their way to show me items I missed, which I wound up purchasing. Would recommend this establishment on customer service alone, great place to shop. Wish they carried more of the Corral brand boots for women, but plenty of other brands in stock to try on.
