Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased an enameled cast iron skillet at a physical store location, utilizing cash as the method of payment. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the original receipt. Following a single use of the skillet, the enamel coating exhibited chipping, indicating a potential product defect. To address this issue, I contacted Target's corporate office via email to inquire about potential resolution options, given the absence of the receipt and my limited experience with returns lacking proof of purchase. I received a response from Target, which outlined their policy permitting returns without a receipt, particularly for defective merchandise. Subsequently, I visited a Target store to initiate the return process. However, the customer service representative at the store informed me that they were unable to process the return or exchange without a receipt, citing the store's location within a high-theft area. As a long-term Target customer, primarily utilizing online shopping and with limited in-store return experience, I find myself in possession of a defective cast iron skillet valued at thirty dollars. The two customer service ladies were extremely condescending and rude

This store has a standard layout. They have a specialty toy section (not located in the toy section). Their book section is quite large. At the time I went in, it looked like they may be redoing the electronic section. The seasonal area was a little in disarray. The rest of the store was clean, and the aisles were clear. They have a pharmacy and a Starbucks. They did have cashiers open as well as self checkout. The parking lot is large and has dedicated handicapped spots.

Haven't been here in a while and wax disappointed when I was there. Yhe store reminded me of the Schottenstein Store of the 70s. The womens section was a mess. With clothes all over the floors, unfolde on shelf. Shoe section was even worse good luck finding the right box if you found a shoe. I give it a 3 because the rest of the store was relatively clean and organized.

This review would have been a 0 star experience had it not been for this store’s incredible manager, Logan. We had called earlier in the day after ordering the store’s last PS5 online to confirm the console would be there, as it was a 4.5 hour drive for us. We spoke to an employee who put the item on hold for us gladly after we purchased it online and told us it would be available no problem once we arrived. We began our 4.5 hour journey. Once we got there we were told our order had been cancelled, before getting any more information from customer services, a random employee stormed over and told us very rudely that we must be at the wrong store. We informed her we were at the correct store and she proceeded to tell us that the employee we had spoken to earlier didn’t work there. We informed her that this was in fact the correct store. She then back tracked and said that employee had no right putting our purchase on hold, so they cancelled the order. She told us to order it again online, so we tried to be cooperative but by that point the item had been taken off their website and she informed us there was nothing else she could do. Through this entire interaction she remained 30 feet away from us, yelling over to us in an incredibly hostile way, bantering with us when we deconstructed what she was trying to tell us. I wish I would have gotten her name, but after we called her out for her bogus excuses she stormed off to bring us her manager, Logan. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and completely doubled down for us and bent some rules so we could get what we came for. It was so incredibly kind, he could have just turned us away. After all, it wasn’t HIS mistake. But he stuck around and made it his top priority to fix this. Based off of our experience, Logan was the only employee that seemed to know what he was doing, seemed concerned about us as customers and the only one to make a slight effort for us. He deserves the biggest raise because the entire 45 minutes we were there and the 6 employees we interacted with he was the only one to seem to care about what he was doing. We are not the type of people to think the customer is always right, but it was incredibly frustrating for us to make this purchase, have it confirmed, have it put on hold while we made the 4.5 hour drive. Only to get there and be met with confusion and lazy employees that just seemed to want us gone. Logan, I commend you, THANK YOU. Y’all need a serious revision of your staff. Love you Logan, thanks for being so kind, understanding and helpful. Cheers. Screw...

This store is just down the block from me so I go often. Target tends to have cheaper groceries (well, some of them) and I'd rather walk around a Target than a Walmart any day of the week. I've lived in the area 3 years now and I feel like in that time I've seen this store take a huge nose dive. They were never 5 stars (in my experience). I usually go shopping at night or later in the afternoon and this store is always filthy. ESPECIALLY the restrooms. My mom used to work for Target for a great many years and apparently they are supposed to clean the rest rooms every other hour or something but they store doesn't seem to bother. They're disgusting most of the time. Anyway, I am the type of shopper that tries to avoid interactions with store employees unless I can help it but before the store actually got self-checkouts that was unavoidable. Which is where I've been insulted by cashiers who decided to tell me that I look old enough to be my 21-year-old brother's mother (which I don't) and have had many experiences with these idiots trying to put cleaning supplies or other potentially harmful chemicals into shopping bags with groceries or clothing (I was SO glad when this store got self-checkout). Just last night I watched as an employee got items she was stocking out of a cart, her arms full, and she walked EIGHT AISLES to where she was actually doing the work - instead of moving the cart closer - and when she dropped one, instead of picking up or pushing it out of the way and going back to pick it up when she had put the others down, she kicked it all the way down to the aisle she needed. There are better Target stores in the area, this one is just alright. Alright with filthy, disgusting restrooms and a rude and common...

Because at least 2 if your employees went above and beyond what I would normally expect. First was Franklin, he helped me try to find a bar for the bathtub. He was so nice, polite, and helpful. He took me over and helped to look for one in a separate department. He was busy restocking and took time away from that to help a guest out. I told him why I needed it and he said I hope surgery turns out good. Which brightened my day. See at the time my wife was in the surgery room getting surgery done to her back. Secondly when I went to put a good word in for Franklin a team member by the name of Devonta was working on online orders. He called for help, but then I told him what I needed. He also was really helpful and nice. He walked down to the aisle Franklin was in to make sure I had his name right, because at first I said Frank and the lady on the walkie said Frank who. We conversed a little, Devonta told me how friendly his co-worker is and how he's always upbeat and all smiles no matter how's he's feeling. These two employees are Star employees in my book. It made my day brighter and better interacting with them today. They are what's right with customer satisfaction. A+++ rating. Sorry so long. No length of words could Express my gratitude towards these two fine people. Keep up...
