We went to get my daughter’s ears pierced (she’s 4) and Noah did such a great job with her! His bedside manner was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 definitely recommend you go to him with your piercing needs. He was gentle with her and played with her, had conversations with her, and kept her extremely calm while he did her piercing!

I made an appt for my 3 month old to get her ears pierced, arrived to the appt to be told to come back Monday because the lady there was not trained on piercing babies ears.. and the manager would be in on Monday. We live an hour away I'm sorry I'm not coming back Monday. I'm glad the lady was honest, but if appts can be made banter by piercing pagoda should have the appropriate staff. Probably will never try to...

Today April 2, 2024 my significant other and I stopped at the banter kiosk in the mall. I got permanent jewelry, a bracelet an anklet with a charm. The employees were very attentive and knowledgeable, how ever the soldering tool kept malfunctioning. What should have been a 15 minute job turned into a 30 minute job.
