Zales — Local services in Wichita Falls

Giving even one star was difficult for this. I do not normally write reviews, but my experience was so terrible at Zales, I wanted to share with others to avoid this place. I sent my engagement band and wedding band in to get soldered, and it was a disaster. It took over 2 months to fix, and they had to return it twice because they put it on incorrectly the first time, and the second time, they actually bent my wedding band. They argued with me that I did that and nothing was wrong, but I showed them the intake pictures they took of my ring and they saw it was broken. They then tried to tell me they had to use my one-time replacement to switch my wedding band even though they were the ones that bent it. They finally replaced it without using my one-time replacement, but it was crazy that they had to replace the entire wedding band because it was bent beyond repair. They also would not give me my original wedding band (the one from my wedding) back because they said I would have to pay for it even though they destroyed it. They also never contacted me that my ring was back. I had to call the store 6 separate times for each time it was sent back to get fixed to hear if it was there or not. They never told me it was back, even though they explicitly told me they would call me. So, after bending my wedding band, taking over 2 months to solder two rings together, going back 3 times to get it fixed, not being able to keep my wedding band that they destroyed, and never receiving a call that my ring was ready to be picked up, they wouldn't even give me a refund on the cost it took to solder my rings. They gave me a gift card to Zales for half the price I paid... It was terrible customer service, and they did not respect anything. I am NEVER shopping at Zales ever again and urge everyone to shop...

We came in to zales to look at dimond earings. My husband wanted to buy me some bigger diamonds for are 21st wedding anniversary. Well Seth was the one to help us. He sure was a pleasure to work with along with his other employees.seth was on the ball. So friendly and very helpful. Showed us all the different diamonds. Uncertified to clearce certified diamonds. We decided to go with a certified diamond earnings. Which color clarity were great. Seth went out of his way to answer any questions. To let me wear the diamonds to see how they looked. They are absolutely beautiful and sparkly. They cleaned all my rings and other diamond earrings. I will say its been great costumer service. We found a new zales to continue coming back to.. When I am treated good I have no issues leaving honest good reviews. Thank you so much for making me feel special Seth. So nice to meet good people with good work ethic and puts there heart behind there work. And a smile on there face. My heart is happy. i feel so special and loved.You will see us soon again. Thank you seth....

Worst customer service ever! I’m only giving one star because it won’t let me post without at least one star. If you buy anything from Zales and you get the protection plan be warned the lifetime protection plan doesn’t cover everything it only covers diamonds and the metal. If you offer a Lifetime Protection Plan it should cover everything. I bought a family member a ring and it had a peridot stone that fell out in less than a month. I made the purchase online and yes I bought the Lifetime Protection Plan for $34.99 thinking it covered everything. Come to find out it didn’t and the rude guy at the store made it out to be my fault that and implied I was stupid for not noticing the Lifetime Protection Plan didn’t cover any stones besides diamonds. The guy was rude and very unprofessional. I will never shop from this store again. I spent over $100 total and all the store did was give me a gift card for the cost of the ring ONLY even though I also paid for a warranty. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a store that cares about their customers and...
