DISCLAIMER: Red Robin is not a place I would choose to go on my own. That may very well be a part of why I probably won't go back but here is what I experienced.
We were seated on the patio which was nice with a little breeze and a big screen tv. I ordered a cocktail for my wife and I. I even pointed at both of us to confirm I wanted one as well. when the waiter came back, they didn't have my drink. They apologized and took our order. My wife and 1 child ordered wings after the waiter named off the list of sauces. I said "and I want whisky river bbq" which is 1 of the sauce options as well as a burger option. I also said "and I don't want ranch". Since no one had mentioned beef or burger in any way, I assumed said waiter would place the order for Whisky River bbq wings, not a burger. By this time we have our drinks and an appetizer. Several minutes later, they come out with wings for my wife and child, and an order for my other child that we had to change and a burger for me. When I said I wanted wings, they were very apologetic, took my order off a gave me the burger for free. I cut the burger open and it had mayo on it. Mayo makes me sick so I didn't even get to eat any of that. At this point, I felt heard but not listened to. Now my wife doesn't want to eat much because I don't have my food and our drinks are getting watered down because we want to enjoy them with our food. By then the manager came out and apologized and gave me a couple of coupons. I truly appreciate him and them doing their best to rectify the situation but by then the inconveniences had piled up. By the time my meal came, the food couldn't live up to wait. The sauce is decent but the chicken was a little bland to me. I ate them with a little bit of the fried onion to give it some flavor. Maybe it was just a bad day but I doubt I'll return even...

We hadnât been to Red Robin in years, but weâre glad we returned! The food was delicious, with generous portions all around. We started with a tower of onion ringsâfreshly made, well-seasoned, perfectly crunchy, and tender enough to cut with a fork. They came with two dipping sauces: a cool buttermilk ranch and a zesty campfire sauce. Both were fantastic. We tried three different burgers: the Whiskey River Burger, Southern Belle, and the Teriyaki Chicken. The beef burgers were big, juicy, and full of flavor, with creative toppings that really enhanced the char-grilled patties. Messy? Absolutely. Worth it? Definitely. The chicken sandwich was equally satisfyingâjuicy and dripping with sauce. Honestly, I couldâve used a bib and a wet towel to clean up, but no regretsâit was that tasty. The endless fries were hot, crisp, and seasoned with that irresistible Red Robin seasoning. I joked about filling my backpack to take some homeâtheyâre that addictive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks and fries flowing without us having to ask. Great service makes a huge difference, and this visit nailed it. Now for the downsides: The dining room was quite noisy. Between the loud music and a birthday party at a nearby table, it was hard to carry on a conversation. It wouldâve been nice if larger groups had a private space to celebrate. Also, the costâthree adults, one appetizer, three entrees, and sodas came to $75 with tax and tip. No desserts or extras. For a casual meal, thatâs a bit steep. All in all, Red Robin delivered on flavor and service. Just be prepared for some noise and a higher bill. Iâd recommend giving it a tryâjust bring your piggy bank...
Read moreI'd like to thank Dani for being such a lovely server for myself, my girlfriend, and my future in-laws. We came with our big baby Onyx my future mother-in-law's service dog. They all were very accommodating, and nice to us all. We absolutely loved the food. I have been going to Red Robin locations since I was a kid. This was my girlfriend, and her parents first time there. I am so pleased they loved your restaurant. We will all definitely be back soon, and will definitely ask to be seated in Dani's section. The restaurant was clean, and inviting, and the service was quick. Our food came out in a timely manner, and was very delicious. I have to say the spinach artichoke dip was the best I have ever had. I reccomend the madlove burger I think it was called with the garlic herbed fries they were the best. The burger was so good, and loved the combination of cheeses. I had taken off the red onions and jalepeño addition. The tomatoes are seasoned and gave alittle sweet taste to the burger it was fantastic. I'm sure the combination would die any heat down that may come from the jalapeños. My future father-in-law had the whiskey burger he ate the whole thing, so I'd say he loved it. He said it went great with the beer he had. He is a Coors man by the way. All in all I give this experience, and visit, and location not only 5 stars, but an A++ for food, staff, and cleanliness. Thanks Again, and see you all...
