The main reason I dine at this establishment was their chicken wings. As of a couple of months ago, I learned that they stopped serving bone-in, read as REAL, wings and are only serving boneless , again Read-As FAKE, wings. They are basically serving chicken nuggets made out of the chicken byproduct slime, which any concerned pet owner should not feed to their pets, let alone human consumption. Why? Because real wings are expensive and doesn't leave enough profit to the bottom-line. Also, the restaurant owners think that, customers are stupid and pay the same money to the bottom-of-the-barrel alternative. As an additional note, the serving staff, especially the people at the door taking names for the waiting list, went from good to bad really fast. Good luck getting decent service. There used to be several servers, I had the pleasure of being served by and left them 20%-25% tips on my check, but now, they are all gone and all they have is whomever is walking by the door. This has been the same way since the summer of 2024. Add to that the food quality, needless to say, I won't be visiting this place anymore.

Read moreOctober 10th was the night before my wedding. All my fiancé wanted to eat after our rehearsal was Bricktown. His favorite place. So I arranged that. We had a party of 12, called at 11am (when they opened) to see if we needed a reservation for 7pm. We were told they did not take reservations but they would let the hostess know we were coming and would be accommodated. Half of the party left the wedding rehearsal early and got to Bricktown at 6:30 to get the table set up for the rest of the party. The note from the girl my mother spoke to was clearly sitting right there in plain sight at the hostess stand. The hostess working acted like she had no idea any of us were coming. She told us the wait would be 45 mins. The hostess continued to seat people ahead of us causing our wait to be nearly 2 hours even though she consistently assured us we were next. While we sat waiting she and a waitress were on their phones, smacking gum, playing with their hair, laughing, and chatting with other staff. We were seated at 8pm and when the waiter (Cody) finally came to the table his first words were “we close at 9pm” rather than introducing himself or a simple hello. Food was cold and the drinks we had to go up to the bar and get ourselves. This is not the way to treat customers and I can honestly say I will not return. Read moreFirst I'll say the servers are awesome. Josh and Corey much love. Josh has always been very awesome. Been my go to for a couple years now. Then tonight 9/20/24 I came in and immediately felt the vibe had tanked. All the food was wrong. Stuff was put in computer correctly however came out wrong. Manager MATTIE you need a new job that don't involve people. Craig you need to check that nasty, rude, unprofessional attitude of hers and show her the door. She embarrassed my mother because she asked for her gravy to be warm, she made a big deal of a little tin of the Carmel sauce. She was so unprofessional that I couldn't even eat my food I was so mad. I've never been treated this way. And when I explained to her that I would not be eating and why she didn't care. Corey did his absolute best to help the situation but not.much to.be done when it's your supervisor acting a donkey. I explained that after years of loyalty my family and I would never return. As I left I shook my go to servers (Josh) hand and explained I'd never be back. Mr. Craig I was told you read these so we will see. I'd be ashamed to have a manager representing my company like that!
