On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Im giving it a 2 today because me and bf came in...and i apologized to her for changing the order. She walked away and said...OH MY GOD in her prickish attitude...she should learn to be prepared for people to change orders without attitude, i was a server, and the attitude stays home..(atleast where no one can hear you gripe). Food is great as always. Which is why its not 2 star. If i had her name id report her, bit ill switch her out if i have to habe her serve us again. The servers seemed cranky today. Someone needs to check their attitude boss. I spoke to others around me and they see what i see...a bunch of cranky servers and door people. (Im writing all this as it goes on. I write as i see problems.) Food tasted good...but im not sure if this dish is supposed to have pink in it for the meat. Also my food was cold..what is up? Ive never been sooo happy to leave soo fast. At the end the server was attentive so ill give her stars for that. I have a system i go by when i go out to eat..(which is a lot). Arent they usually supposed to ask if well done or not? I dont eat pink of any form of steak, medium well is what i eat.

We visited this place with a party of 10 women for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. We made the manager aware several times it was for a birthday party. We were seated in the 'family' section and waited over an hour for our food. While we waited, we drank margaritas and had chips and salsa. Our food finally arrived and the staff came and sang happy birthday when we finished our meals that were not pleasant nor hot after the extended amount of time it took. We were having a good time regardless and were not out of control by any means! A guy with his wife and their 13 year old 'child' started to complain about our party of 10 being too loud in the 'family' restaurant. Mind you this place serves margaritas and we are having a birthday celebration. The manager then compensated this man their meal and alcohol beverages. We did not ask to be seated in the 'family' section of the restaurant and the manager knew it was a birthday party with adults only and sat us there and then compensated this jerk and his wife! We were told numerous times by the staff to use 'inside' voices in a restaurant that is very loud and hard to visit with all the noise, let alone a party of 10! We heard several other parties seated up by the bar area, being sang happy birthday as well and it was not a quiet ordeal! So they can have the guy and his wife and 'child' because we...

My wife and I stop to have lunch here. We order 3 things and two Pepsi. Chicken flautas with no drizzle, chicken quesadilla with just meat and cheese and the southwest ck tacos with no drizzle. The flauta came out wrong it the drizzle. Ok not a problem sent it. Then when we gotten the other two, south west had drizzle and the quesadilla had everthing in side of it. They took it back to the kitchen. The manager came out with the new plates. Then he said we will comp some of this. Ok. Then when we got the bill. I do have the proof cause I still have and took a pic. He charged me an extra quesadilla. He gave a spill like I had do that so I can take it off and for inventory reasons. So with that being said with extra comp cough cough 2 quesadilla I didn't order I gotten a whole 4 dollars comp. The whole says comp 23 dollars. So basically the charged me 2 quesadilla so they can say the comp for one. I still almost paid for the whole meal. For everthing that had to be sent back. Plus for an extra quesadilla that I got charged for then was taken off. They scam artists. Never had problem like this before here. Never going back. It's pocket change to them. But that's 2 to 4 times a month that we will not be eating...
