The place is nice. I got welcomed when I walked in.

I was looking around and got asked if I needed help multiple time.

Absolutely awesome selection of boots, women's, men's, kids, an entire section for work boots with a variety of 'protective toe options'.

Went in there hoping to find a nice wallet for myself, the selection was lack luster.....and not that it's Cavenders fault. But the cheap Ariat wallets "Made In China" were disgusting. I was hoping to drop like $60+ dollars on a real leather made in America wallet. Wild that Ariats boots are so good and their bi-fold wallets were trash. Almost went with a Hooey wallet, but decided against it.

The boot selection was great, for the ladies they had amazing denim jean options. Tons of super cute flares, and bootcut options. Cute ladies shirts and dresses.

The kids section was amazing also! Tons of cute options for the little girls and boys!

Bottom line- The store is clean, nice, staff asked it I needed help. I would 💯 go back. Better than...

I like Cavenders in general, but customer service at this location in particular is hit or miss. Sometimes I'll get someone friendly, sometimes I won't. For this reason, if I need something I'll usually order online, unless it's something I need to try on. I actually went in to the store recently to purchase a brand new item that they started carrying and when I got to the register, I mentioned my excitement about the new line of merchandise.....WOW! I think if those girls would have gotten away with rolling their eyes in front of me, they would have! I'm sure they probably did after I walked away. I've never quite had that kind of reaction giving positive feedback on an item! A very dry and unwelcoming response to a happy customer! Super awkward! For the manager that got my heart rate over 180 bpm, you yellowbelly liar. You didn't even bother to look at my receipt when I attempted to return a pair of already scuffed and worn boots that I had bought the day prior in said condition. You insisted the boots you sell are in "pristine shape ". My brother in Christ, how the hell can you tell someone that with a straight face when there's no storage, no back stock!?

Meaning of course the ones you have on the shelf are going to suffer wear and tear especially when the store probably sees 100 customers a day or so. I bought them not caring much for how many scratches and peeling they had thinking that returning them wouldn't be an issue. I didn't even wear them at all after the day of purchase.
