The only reason I gave them 2 stars, is because they know their stuff, but unfortunately I feel that gives them a chip on their shoulder. My experience started with a call around to the different cell phone repair stores and the gentleman here quoted the best price to replace my son's screen at $90. He even went as far to say, "If you can find it cheaper let me know and we'll price match." Little did I know until later on, they won't even match their own price quotes. I was told it would be done that day, Monday, and that they would call when it was done. I never received a call that day or the next, so I decided to stop on my way home from work. I walked in, told them who I was, and they proceed to inform me that their was a problem with just more than the screen. A phone call informing of this on Monday or early Tuesday would've been considerate. Apparently the home button was possibly broken but with a full reset it could work, their words not mine. I could reset it myself or for $15 they could do it and I stupidly thought why not let them do it, so my son or someone else doesn't screw it up. I was informed they wouldn't be able to get to it till the next day but I was not in a big hurry, so I let it stay. Also with the understanding, that they would call me when they were finished. Fast forward to today and I not once received a single phone call from this place. At 4:30p.m. I decided to see if it was finally completed and I called them. I was informed that they could do nothing for the home button and they'd done all they could do for my son's phone, I could come and pick it up. I go to pick it up with the price quotes of $90 for the screen and $15 for the reset were in my head, so $105 +tax. I go to pick it and the bill was $135.31 with the only real work done on it being the screen replaced. I know factory resetting a cell phone is not a twenty-five dollar job, especially if that's all you do. I've never used this business before and I came in showing nothing but respect and in turn was shown none. I don't know if I came on a bad week or what, but my initial expectations were set a little high for this plce and that wasn't even that high to begin with. I'd just read some reviews and assumed it was still run the same way, but I was proven wrong. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and that may not bother them, but one bad experience can and will lead to more.
Edit: Within 24 hours of this post the owner contacted me personally and refunded the excess charges. We ended up just having to pay for the screen replacement, at the price originally quoted. I may not have left the store satisfied in their customer service but I feel the owner did his best to rectify it afterwards. I will consider returning to his place of business, for...
   Read moreI took my laptop there to have the left side closing clamp with the charging port repaired, it was loose. The laptop worked fine and the charging port worked fine, it was just loose.
The fellow at the store called me and said the technician took the laptop apart but was unable to repair it. When I arrived to pick up the laptop, I was told that the technician was unable to put the laptop back together, and could I pick it up the next day. The next day I was told the technician did not come to work and they would call me when it was ready.
A few days later I was told the laptop was put back together and I could pick it up. IIt The laptop was there for almost 2 weeks. The technician said he could not fix the closing latch but the laptop still worked, just don't close the top. Unfortunately I did not check the laptop BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE: my mistake for accepting his word despite the delays.
As you can imagine, the laptop is not working. I can not turn on the laptop. I expected the laptop to be returned to me in the same condition as I took it in, NOT WORSE.
The people working at the store are very nice and polite. But I wasn't looking for good people, I wanted good service. If you want to meet nice people, go there but if you want good quality work. go...

Called around 5 something to see if it was ready, the young man stated it shows it's still loading but by the time you get here it should be done. I head that way come inside the store and it's still loading I wait in the car for about 15 minutes come in to check on it again it was still loading I decided to tell him it's ok. I'll just come in tomorrow to pick up. He said yes that's fine we will give you a call it's now 11:46 & no call. I had to call myself to be told oh it didn't load so you can come pick it up.
