I am an avid reviewer. I am usually leaving a good review 9 out of 10 times, but not tonight. I ordered two meals, which I asked to be bagged separately so that I could take them to different people - and a salad with two family sides and drinks. I noticed they were not bagged separately so they agreed to do it in the store so that I wouldn’t have to do it in my vehicle. During this time, my drinks were given to the car behind me. This worker handed out 2 more orders behind that car. By this time they are handing me back my cold food after re-bagging. I then asked for my drinks and stated that I believe they were given to car behind me, but I prefer new ones.
By this time, the worker handing out the food is already bringing the drinks back, as the car behind noticed their drinks were wrong. They then try to hand me the drinks. I clearly stated that I didn’t feel comfortable with that and if they could make my drinks over.
How did the other car know that the drinks were wrong? I don’t know if they drank out of them, took their straws out and handed them back.
I then see, who looked like an actual store leader taking the drinks and pouring them in different cups after she had asked me to pull forward from the window. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I didn’t move up.
She had went behind the set up at the window thinking that I couldn’t see her. But I was definitely look hard at this point! After I watched her do this and they tried to bring them to me. I explain what I saw and asked that they please remake my drinks.
The manager comes and I explain my concern. He then asked me to pull forward. I refused and stated calmly that she lacked integrity and I didn’t trust the situation.
I finally received my drinks; soda all on the sides because by this time, the young lady making them is frustrated, which I understand, but who wants used drinks? And I still don’t trust the drinks because her integrity was off from the the jump and she was very upset.
Maybe I have trust issues 😂 definitely did at this point.
Hats off to the guy who took my order and indicated separate bagging on the order. Only reason why I gave a 3 for atmosphere and he had a great attitude. Highly disappointed and offended at not just the actions of one but also her coworkers who watched her do it. I don’t like spending almost $50 and then receiving that type of service. I pray that they understand my concern and learn from it. I usually receive good service at this location.

Read moreWhat started as a missing large fry turned into an incredibly insulting experience. My wife mentioned that we were missing a large fry. No big deal, mistakes happen. When someone in a completely different uniform came back and asked for our bag, we were immediately confused. We've never been asked to hand over the bag with our food in it after paying. When the same man in the new uniform came out and asked if we meant to order two fries, we realized what had happened. The employees screwed up and sent a manager of some kind because they thought we were lying. We gladly paid for the fries, as we wanted them and someone had made a mistake.
But the more we thought about it, the more angry we became. We have never, ever been accused of lying or trying to steal from any establishment, sit down or drive thru. To add insult to injury, Chick Fil A prides themselves as a company with Christian values, and it occurred to us that the manager and employees violated those values in assuming we, as paying customers, were lying. Because why else would they ask for the bag back? Not only was my family judged, and not by God, but by teenagers and young adults, but we were offered zero apologies in the process once they learned of their employee's error.
I say this not for drama, but for realism. None of my family finished our meals, as we were so thoroughly disgusted by the treatment we received from such an openly Christian restaurant. We will not be returning to this restaurant, nor any other Chick Fil A establishment in the future. We will also be lodging a complaint...

I go to CFA on a regular basis so in the last 3 months all of my orders have been wrong in some way. I started ordering salads and paying for 1 extra “sliced egg” for .70 cents. It didn’t take me long to realize that they’re only giving me half a sliced egg. So for .70 cents, I’m getting 1 whole sliced egg including the half egg already included with the salad. Chick-fil-a is misrepresenting their menu. It’s very frustrating. If the menu says “sliced egg” then it should be a SLICED EGG, not a half of sliced egg. Honestly disgusting. Why is it so hard to not take advantage of hard working people? I always go to chick-fil-a because I trust them but then finding this.
