I had a horrible shopping experience here. Right when I walked in the two “secret shopper” girls (who were doing a terrible job at the secret part) bother gave me dirty looks. They then proceeded to follow me around the ENTIRE time I was shopping invading my personal space and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Mind you the store is TINY like why are you literally on top of me?? This place really needs to work on learning how customer service works because they’re heavily lacking in that department. The whole time I was there not one person acknowledged me, they were all too busy standing there talking TO EACH OTHER instead of greeting or helping customers who are the people coming in to spend money therefore allowing you to actually have a business/job. There was one staff member who had just come in for her shift while I was finishing up shopping and she was THE ONLY ONE out of 4 other staff not including the “secret shoppers” who actually smiled, acknowledged me and spoke to me nicely when I checked out. I really wish I would have just left and not bought anything because they really didn’t deserve my business after making me feel how I did. I would rather just shop online and pay the extra $10-$20 shipping and have to WAIT for my items than go somewhere that makes me feel that...

Cute store with lots of selections for anyone with any interest surrounding k-pop, anime, or collectibles. One of the only stores in the Wichita area with the selections they have which is convenient. However they upcharge significantly for items specifically pop mart figures. I understand a need to upcharge items for profit, especially harder to acquire items, but the prices for these items have nearly TRIPLED that of the original price! I also do not think that the level of service they provide is worth the amount they are willing to charge people. I have been a recurring customer there and have spent quite a bit of money there, and I do not feel valued as a customer when I enter that shop. The workers do not acknowledge me when I walk in, and have a cold almost indifferent attitude to me being there. For being a small business and the only one of its kind in Wichita I would expect a bit more warmth when choosing to spend 70 DOLLARS on a plush figure I could get for 20 on the original website. For access to hard to find items, this store is your place if you find the price to be worth it, but other than that not a pleasant shopping experience on...

HORRIBLE SERVICE. they harass EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that steps near the photo cards!! if you want people to buy the photo cards, stop harassing them about the envelopes and have a better system for it. very rude and pushy. horrible customer service. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! I would be excited to head there and as soon as I step in, I feel the accusatory energy from both the woman and the man that just treats you like a child but stays behind that counter. OK. ALSO, they changed up their album stamp cards so the previous stamps you have, are now worthless. You provided these cards, and these kids get excited about getting a free item after giving you hundreds of dollars over time and you just say, "we changed them" THAT DOESNT MEAN THAT UNDOS ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE SPENT AT YOUR STORE. YOU ARE LITERALLY SCAMMING CHILDREN FOR THEIR MONEY. you're not even giving away any album..., it is just $5 off...when it says an ALBUM stamp card... But seriously you couldn't spare $5 and given the child a new card?? RIDICULOUS I cannot believe you're still in business. JUST BUY ONLINE AND YOU ACTUALLY GET FREE GIFTS! -every customer who has been discriminated against...
