Based on my experience here, this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches and both had non-edible items inside them. First sandwhich had small pieces of foil embedded within, and second sandwhich had a really long hair under the bread roll. The customer service I received from the "manager" and employee(s) encountered here was awful. It appeared that the employees who were working could care less about the quality of food they were making. Their appearance was sloppy and demeanor more so. When I asked to speak to the manager, I spoke to an individual claiming to be the manager. Maybe she was the assistant manager? Who knows. But, an individual in a managerial position should care about their customer experiences and the quality of service. This fault of theirs is definitely a concern, but the "manager" didn't address it properly and once again, had an attitude in which she could have cared less. When I spoke to corporate about this issue, Brittney was very kind and understanding. Overall, I would never return to this location or recommend this spot. Read moreWhen we arrived at the store it was not apparent to me where you were supposed to go to start making your sandwich. The environment was cool because of the firefighter equipment they had on display but I did notice a lot of their tables had not been cleaned. The employees were not exactly warm but they were not rude either. We did have to wait 30 minutes for our two medium sandwiches. I had the turkey, bacon, and ranch. My sandwich was good the meat probably being the best part of the sandwich but the sauce was not really there; to explain further it tasted more like I was eating a turkey bacon with Mayo rather than ranch and I did not really start tasting the veggies till I made it toward the middle of the sandwich. My fiancé had the firehouse steak and cheese. He did request that they changed the cheese on his sandwich to cheddar which they somehow forgot to put on his sandwich all together. My fiancé did like the flavors but had kind of the same problem I did with it which was the sauce he said there was too much Mayo on the sandwich. Before ordering I called and asked to put my sauce (mayo, deli mustard and Italian dressing) on the side because you can't request it on the app. The shift manager said she would and if I ordered after she was go she would leave a note. About 2 hours later I called and told them I placed a GrubHub order and called earlier about getting my sauces put on the side. The new manager acknowledged the first shift manager did leave a note for this to be done and it would be place with my order. When the GrubHub driver dropped the food off. I didn't have the sauce and both subs where missing there pickle. I called and talked to the manager and she wanted the GrubHub driver to drive all the way back to get my sauce that THEY forgot to put into the bag. This isn't even the first time I've had problems with this store. I've had messed up orders 2-3 other times.
Update. I've tried talking to both support and the store. They are both saying it's GrubHubs fault and not the stores fault. Which it's 100% the stores fault. Like I said. I called multiple times to make sure they would do...
