When I come into this store, I have encountered team members who were unkind to me due to false assumption about my maturity and income from my age (21) However, Tracey in beauty has always been SO kind to me. There has now been 4 separate occasions where I have come into this store in the last 6 months where she has went above and beyond for me. A few months ago, my sunglasses got stuck in my hair and Tracey came through!! She’s let me try perfume samples and even educated me on beauty tips. Then tonight, she asked me if I was finding everything okay then toured me over to the area I needed, and helped me pick out some good frizz control hair products for a three week trip I’m taking abroad ! 😊 she asked me about my trip and what I was doing, it felt SO good to be treated so kindly and so human by someone I don’t know. This store is amazing.

Christmas: They had a huge curious George stuffed animal for sale and I desperately wanted to purchase it for my son who LOVES curious George. I asked if they would discount him and a day later I got a call back saying that they would and I was able to purchase it for Christmas morning!

I also recently purchased a blouse, and being stupid I washed it with a darker fabric that bled and completely ruined my new blouse. Even though it was my fault they ordered in a new blouse for me and exchanged it without any issue.

Then yesterday I discovered that they will ship gifts for your for FREE!!!!!

i was not allowed to wait in the fitting room waiting area for being a visibly gay woman. i was helping a friend pick out clothes for her honeymoon and obviously she wanted to see how her clothes would fit her. when i tried to sit down in the waiting chairs an employee told me i was not allowed to be there and didn’t provide me with reasoning. i had seen multiple woman be in the area, and even saw two woman in the same room. and there was no issue. at first i did not catch on until it happened twice, the employee did not let me near the rooms. i understand not letting men in the area, but i am a woman. simply because of my appearance i was unable to help my friend with...
