🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT PATRONIZE FENG CHA On Friday, October 20th around 11AM my mother walked in to FENG CHA on Kellogg and rock rd. She was ignored at the counter by a female employee and then, once she decided she'd had enough, she began to walk out. As my mother exited, a different female employee said "I HATE BLACK PEOPLE." She refused to repeat herself when my mother asked what she said. As my mother continued to walk away that SAME EMPLOYEE came OUT OF THE STORE yelling at my mother saying, YOU ARE DISRESPECTFUL, YOU ARE DISRESPECTFUL FOR WALKING AWAY...I WAS BUSY IN THE BACK!!! I was on the phone with my mother during this entire exchange. My mother called me after the female employee at the counter displayed extremely poor customer service, when my mother didn't know the exact name of the drink. This woman never made eye contact with my mother. I then called the store to inquire and speak with management. Conversation went as follows FC: HELLO (This threw me off, I'm expecting to hear thank you for calling Feng Cha...) ME: IS THIS FENG CHA FC: YES ME: OH, IS THAT HOW YOU GUYS ANSWER THE PHONE FC: CLICK (they hung up on me) We literally go here ALL THE TIME as it is Junie's favorite. NEVER AGAIN! 🚨DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, both locations are owned by the...
Read moreI Enjoy the drinks but the customer service today wow. “Serve Tea with respect” yeah right .. I don’t leave reviews usually but I went in today with my mom to the location on East Kellogg. The cashier who ring us up had a huge attitude and poor customer service. First I don’t mind her wearing a mask but she was talking so fast and my mom asked her if she could repeat it and she did a face. Which that already made me upset because it’s my mom. When it was my turn to order I ordered a matcha milk tea cause I thought they had that in which that I admit is my mistake but the way the cashier looked at me and made a face and said “ we don’t have that” with an attitude wow I was stunned so I gave her the same energy back that she was giving me and I told her ok what kind do you have? Nothing she just stares at me so I told her a matcha latte then, and then I seen the matcha breeze so I told her I’ll have that instead and if I can add strawberry’s to it and she looks at me again with the same face and says “What kind of strawberry’s !?” And raised her voice and she goes like strawberry purée? and I just went with it and said yes and told her everything regular fine. How disappointing. Looking at the most recent reviews I can bet you it’s the same chic giving...
Read moreI used an alias, but am a regular. This is my FAV Boba spot around. I love them.
BUT-- I don't agree with MULTIPLE hands, touching money, markers, etc, then touching the rim of our cups (no gloves), or the parts our mouths go!!!! Covid is up again, but that's besides the point. No hands, should touch the rims of the cups I watched, every single person do this (touching their hair then face), then where our mouths go.
Please do better. You guys are amazing but thats digusting/not good for anyone. Every drink/food establishment knows this. I know, it's easy to forget. We are human. I also know, most kitchens do way worse. But, we can see this being done. I won't come back, if it keeps happening. I have autoimmune disease. And I use an alias, because I can hear people "okay karen". No, it's unprofessional and spreads disease/illness. This isn't something someone should have to point out.... so PLEASE WEAR gloves and change them/or don't touch rims/mouth peices.
I saw 2 to 3, touch my the rims/mouth peice . 🤢
Edit: thank you, for taking this seriously. I apepeciate it. Thank you for being professional, about my concerns. Just looking out for your...
