As much as I love the store Tjmaxx, and my experiences are blissful, my experience at this one was horrible and it was all due to the employees!!! While I was in the girls section there was an employee who had a giant cart full of items to stock and refused to move it so my daughter could look at the items on the other side of the display. From there we went into the kitchen/home section where there were 3 employees restocking items on shelves who again REFUSED to move out of the way for us to look at items. During this time there was a very loud conversation over the walkie talkie/ radio they were using about another employee in the back room freaking out due to a cricket in the breakroom. The conversation was so loud my mother who was in the clothing section heard it. When we went to check out we were looking at the items displayed while we waited and 2 employees made us move - without saying excuse me - only a hand gesture of "back up" so they could walk by and talk about what they were doing. Read moreI had to pay twice as much for an item because employees could not verify that it had been on clearance. There had been at least 10 of these items on the clearance rack all marked down to $6 just 2 days ago, but I was not able to purchase one at that time. So I came back today hoping they would still be there and only 1 was left (no barcode or price sticker). The employee at the register along with 2 or 3 others on the floor could not find another one of these items to compare the price to, so they instead found a (sort of) similar item on the floor for $13 and told me I would have to pay for my item since that's all they could find. I decided to purchase it since it was the last one, but it's a little disappointing that the store could not look up the item and see that all of the others had been marked down on clearance.
There should be a system in place for employees to track what items are on clearance, how many of those items are on clearance, and what price those clearance items are...

She has always been very rude always throwing stuff even if it’s like glass containers today, she kept on going off to a coworker of hers in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable because the way she was talking her was very unprofessional.
