Be cautious when shopping at this Pandora location. I had a very disappointing experience with their handling of clearance items. The staff claimed they no longer had their clearance tray and that all clearance charms had been sent to outlet stores. However, after checking with several other nearby Pandora stores, I found out this isn't true—outlets only asked for some items, not all.

To make matters worse, I saw a charm that was previously on clearance mysteriously return to its original full price. It feels like they're trying to upsell customers by removing discounts and being dishonest about inventory. This is misleading and not what I expect from a brand like Pandora. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased my ring back in December. And was forced by staff to get the 2 year extended warranty, being told it covered lost or stolen items. Fast forward to now, I lost my ring and am now being told it is not covered. Granted the STORE MANAGER told me it would be if I ever lost it or it was stolen. I’ve now been on the phone for 2 hours waiting for customer service to answer. Which is RIDICULOUS. If you have POS people working for a POS company you should have easier to access customer service. Very, very unhappy with this experience, the company, and the fact I’m now out $175 as I lost my ring and won’t get a replacement as promised. Will never be returning!! And I warn you not to...

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible staff and they are extremely inconsiderate to their customers. I tried to return a bracelet I got as a gift, someone gave it to me after already having one. They refused to refund the bracelet even with a receipt since “I’m not the one who purchased it” Even though it was a gift, and I had a receipt. I proceeded to bring in the person who bought said bracelet and they still made a fuss about accepting the return, they refused to give me my money back and gave me a gift card for the store instead, like I would ever go back there again, NO!
