I recently went to get my annual flu shot. It was a different pharmacist than I have dealt with in the past. The first thing she said to me was that she wasn't really there as she had someone else she needed to be. It took her a long time to input my insurance information and she kept complaining that she had somewhere else to be. At one point she asked if I had another insurance card, I did not. After 10 minutes she informed me that my insurance didn't cover flu shots. I told her it does and could she try to input the information again. Then she blamed my insurance saying the system must be down and she couldn't go back in. We are 15-20 minutes in now. Other people working with her started saying why was she still there? Finally she asked if she could text me when she straightening it all out, she never did. It clearly states no appointment needed but this pharmacist was so rude, making me feel like I was a bother. I was disgusted to hear the way she spoke to him with such a disrespectful attitude all because she had to leave her office because one of her employees didnt know how to handle an action on the computer. She actually fought with my brother saying the merchandise he was trying ti exchange wasnt sold at cvs. Which a simple google search or looking in their website would have showed you. He did get it at another store a few minutes away. She didnt bother ti check the computer or the isle. She knows because she stocks the shelf. This person said rudely and tersely "NO...there are no antibiotic over the counter eye drops". CVS literally has a CVS brand product. People go to a Pharmacy for help with HEALTH MATTERS how can CVS justify employing someone who CLEARLY has no desire to help anyone.
