Chef U at the Beach — Local services in Wildwood

I reached out to Chef U about catering a dinner for 80 people for the NJ State Elks convention. When another local resturant I spoke with stopped responding to me a week before our event, I reached out to ask about catering a second night for dinner. The quick response and great communication from them made it a pleasure dealing with them. Now to the food, when you have 80 hungry picky people tell you multiple times the food was delicious, you know you made the right decision. From roast beef and roast pork with roasted vegetables, to chicken parm and marsala, the flavor and portions was on point. We've already talked about them doing all 7 of our meals for next year. I am always looking for something new at at the beach in Wildwood. Most recently I stopped at "Chef U at the Beach" to pick up dinner. This week was my 2nd visit. What a gem I stumbled upon.

I started with ceasar salad with the homemade ceasar dressing -OUTSTANDING. I followed with a Mamma's meatballs and spaghetti platter. More than enough for two meals and so delicious. I ended with a slice of carrot cake, which was to die for! If you are not a fan of carrot cake, try this one, you will become a fan with a new favorite.

I cannot end this review without mentioning the staff of this family owned and operated business, who greet you with smiles and hellos - excited and happy for your business every time! Great experience.

My family picked up catering from the Jenkintown location for my daughter’s baptism and everyone was raving about it! We got meatballs, sausage, pasta salad, Stromboli, sandwiches, and a salad. They guided me on the correct amount of food to get and Jimmy called me twice before to confirm and also to advise me on if any of the food needs reheating.
