Cant go wrong with Gabe's its similar to Marshall's or Target. They have clothes and shoes for baby, men, women and kids. They have food and accept EBT. The have a rewards program that will give u coupons off a few dollars off but they expire extremely fast. They have alot of name brand items especially their footwear. They have small furniture items and rugs there as well. They have bags, makeup, pet stuff. Fitting rooms with large mirrors. They have a layaway as well with a 10$ down and they print out of how much u should pay each week. I believe the hold is 30 days but you can always call and ask ..oh and layaway is only for clothes and shoes and has to equal to a MAX of $500. Staff is usually friendly for the most part and the store is fairly clean and as organized as a big store like that can be lol sometimes they dont have stuff because ppl buy all the good stuff up so sometimes u have to randomly check for the good stuff lol...
Read moreI absolutely love Gabe’s!!!! And honestly the only thing that I didn’t care for about this particular store was that it was very very dirty and a straight up mess/disaster throughout the whole store & there was a few of the employees were a bit “stalkerish” but that’s probably cuz my husband and I were there shopping for like 5 or 6 hours (we don’t get down that way often so when we do, we make a day out of it!). But once I got everything paid for an sent my husband outside to load the car up I asked one of the employees how many people were working that night (there was 6 or 7 of them working that evening I do believe), so I tipped each and every single person working that evening $20 for staying later to get us all rang out & for having to deal/put up with us! Thanks again ladies for such a speedy...
Read moreJust remembered to write this, so Gabe's is actually a pretty neat place to shop. It seems to be primarily clothing and shoe focused, but it does have household stuff, some food stuff and what not. As far as I could tell in my limited experience with clothing as a 30 year old fashionably-challenged man, it mainly sells higher end clothing that has defects, but nothing insanely wrong, maybe a stitch or two out of place. So if you want to hopefully find some higher end clothes for a deal, you might find it here. So you might ask why only 4 stars? Well the place was kind of a mess, there was sh*t everywhere, nothing was organized super well, but my friends told me it normally isn't that bad and that was the worst they've seen it so take that how you will. I would be wary of the electronics too, mostly knockoff brands and not worth the money. All in all, actually a comfy place to shop for cheap stuff,...
