I went into Bell Furniture on a whim. I’d seen the place in passing before and decided to go in. At first, I didn’t see anyone inside. It wasn’t until I was halfway to the back of the store, that I saw an older lady seated at a desk. I wasn’t sure she even worked there until she spouted out “What do you want?” Perhaps, she realized the words rolling off her lips may not have been so appropriate to say to a potential customer, so she quickly followed up with a rushed “How may I help you?” I was taken aback. I’d never been greeted this way anywhere else. But I played it off, taking it in stride and replied that I was just looking and I proceeded to do just that. She said nothing else, although she kept her eye on me. As I made my way to the rear of the store, she went into the other half of the store front to a back room area where 2 men were discussing business. As I walked into the other half as well I over heard her say to them “I don’t want to deal with this today…” I lost the rest of what she said and their replies as I moved toward the front of their second room. The gist of it became obvious as the 2 men stepped out into the first room to continue their conversation. The woman made sure she checked on me by peaking around the corner until I looked at her. I decided at that point it was time to leave. I left the store the way I came and bade the woman a good day. I could talk about their inventory and prices but that service kind of defeats that point. I’m not sure what she thought I was planning on stealing in a furniture store but I’m pretty sure that nothing in there would have been easily concealed under my jacket. I could not imagine trying to explain to the police how a nightstand wound up under my coat. Given this experience, I don’t think I could recommend Bell...

I would never buy another piece of furniture from Bell Furniture again. My Husband and I purchased a Elran Home Theater Group from here in August 2011. In January 2013 the leather started ripping, mind you only my Husband and I sit on this furniture on a daily basis and we have no animals. I contacted Bell Furniture and they told me someone would get back to me. In January 2016 my Husband took photo's of the furniture and we sent the photo's in an email & message on Facebook and we never heard from bell. Apparently Bell Furniture does not have good customer relationships after you purchase an item from them. After spending $1,995.00 on a 4 piece theater group it should have lasted longer than 2 years. We still have 3 of the pieces and the 1 was so bad we had to throw it away. No one sits on this furniture as we went and purchased 2 chairs for ourselves. We have a large leather sectional that we purchased over 15 years ago that is used daily and it looks brand new yet( we did not purchase this sectional from Bell Furniture). Do not believe their commercial quality furniture. If their furniture was quality as they claim it to be, I believe someone would have...

We added a new master bedroom to our house and wanted to buy a quality set for it. Visiting Bell Furniture was the one stop answer. Mark was very helpful with giving us his personal attention and options. The store carries the best lines of quality goods. We purchased a custom color set that is awesome. We love it! The prices were very reasonable. The way the pandemic has affected all industries we expected our build to take some time. Mark placed our order and gave us a delivery time and he was true to his word and that gave us the time to complete the interior design we needed to finish. The delivery came as promised and the men took great care to unload, assemble and place each piece in the room. I recommend Bell for all your new furniture purchases.
