Great products and even better owners/employees!!

I have had a whole bunch of Wish deliveries sent to Gayles Scents to save a few bucks on delivery fees. They have always went above and beyond to make sure the process was handled correctly.

One time, a package was mixed up, and they couldn’t have been any more helpful in making sure I got the correct package when I went back to return the mistaken package.

Today, I got out of work later than I expected so I called to see if they were closed. It was 5 minutes pasted their posted closing time, but he went out of his way to stay an extra 20 minutes until I was able to make it over there to pick up my delivery!! That is what customer service is all about! Two big thumbs up!!!

On top of all of that, the store itself has a whole bunch of incredible products and a super knowledgeable staff that can help you for any of your needs or questions! Give this little hidden gem near that square a visit. I promise you will not be...

Very humble and courteous man running the establishment with a wide variety of scents and fragrances in oils and soaps, lotions etc... Also if they don't have a particular item in stock I've been able to get things ordered in and show up days later and they would be there.. Very efficient and professional indeed.. My go to place when I want to smell good personally or want to get my house smelling good as well...I mean to me it's definitely worth checking out and supporting my local shops within my community..
