This past Friday, my colleagues and I had the distinct opportunity to participate in the laser tag event here at this establishment. Before I move on, I would like to say that I have been here before and it has been enjoyable in the past, but this time have been very much the opposite.

It started out with the employee stating, "I hope you die" to one of our friends because of his account name, "djtrump" or something. If this was humor, it was quite a poor attempt in bad taste.

The employee at the time was quite arrogant and derisive towards us, several times insulting our younger friends' k/d ratios, despite the fact that he is supposed to be here to provide a positive experience.

In one game mode, each team had a VIP; the aforementioned employee lied about the identity of his own VIP despite being completely aware of the identity of the other team's VIP. In his words, "Do what you can to win" -- please remember that he is an employee, not a player.

Finally, near the end of our time at this establishment, several members of our team were jumping up to shoot over a wall. The employee (same as above) grew mad at us and made our entire team return to spawn. This would be understandable IF we hadn't seen him or a member of his team near him do the same thing just moments before. Did he say anything to this player on his own team? No.

I would like to mention that the owner is kind and reasonable, and a responsible person. However, the employees, particularly the one running this game, was too focused on his own experience to provide for that of paying...

This place has or had(not sure) a portsmouth location. My husband booked his sons 12th bday party there a month ago. Now 3 DAYS before his party they emailed my husband saying sorry we can't accommodate your party for unforeseen reasons can we Mail you the refund of your deposit??!!! Yeah sure mail it to us so it takes 3-5 days or more to get to us and we'll just tell him sorry no party now...he's been stoked about this and invited all of his friends and now they've ruined it!!! The portsmouth locations phone number is not in service and when the Williamsburg location is called you only get an answering machine. How could you email my husband last night to CONFIRM the party and then today cancel it?! This better get resolved in less than 24 hours or we're going to have major problems! This is completely ridiculous and won't...

Visited for the first time to play laser tag and was pleasantly surprised. (Note that this review is for laser tag only and not the enclosed arcade or bounce house area.)

The staff was friendly and helpful as well as professional. They were good with those of all ages.

The playing area is big but not too big. It has a lot of area, but doesn’t really allow you to get lost.

Games last 7 minutes (I believe) each round which is a good amount of time. After each match you can see your number of kills and the number of times you died. (Yes, if you die you can go to your base to respawn, so you’re never out of the game.
