Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

The website is a joke to order it's slow, and freeze a lot. I went through the app to order for delivery. I put contactless delivery because on the app it says "the driver well knock on the door and stand back a good distance, and will make sure the order was picked up." There was no knock on the door. I waited 45 minutes until I called the store for an update on my order. They said "oh you did contactless delivery and your order was delivered." I went to go look and there was my order outside on the ground and it was COLD. Being cold outside makes the pizza go colder faster. This is unacceptable and quite disappointing. I called the store to speak to someone about it. They tried to argue with me about it since it was contactless. Again on the app it says they will be a knock on the door and drivee will make sure they order is picked up. I have a dog who always barks when there is a knock on the door. My dog did not once bark which proves the driver did not knock. I will not be shopping here again and I will make sure my friends know about this poor pathic service this store provides. You would think I would at least get a notification that my order has been delivered but no nothing. No call. Text....

I was vacationing in Williamsburg, VA and ordered a 3-topping pizza from Pizza Hut on 10/6/25. My husband picked it up and brought it to our resort. When he opened it, he said “it’s not your pizza”. It was not only doughy, but it ONLY had sausage on it. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked why we did not have double mushrooms as ordered. He replied “Oh we ran out.” How ignorant! They should have called us and let us know they ran out before making “whatever they wanted.” We also should have been informed when picking it up, instead of just handing us a pizza WE DID NOT ORDER. We would have cancelled and ate elsewhere. He stated he could give us a free pizza. I again reiterated we are not from here and we are going home in the morning. I asked for a refund. It is not what we ordered. We threw most of the pizza out because it was so doughy. I complained to corporate. They responded 10/7/25 and said the restaurant would contact me within 3 days. THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME to make this right. We should not have been sent out with a pizza that was not what we ordered, without being informed, and not fully cooked as well. I...

My hubby and I got into town late and we were craving pizza and wings. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and they had great deals online so we placed the order. I picked it up on Monticello Ave around 9:30 . David was the only one working, making all the food and also manning the register. He accidentally put the hot sauce on my wings ( we asked for it on the side). I wasn’t even going to mention it, but he realized the mistake before I could leave. He gave me another batch that was correct and let us keep the wings that he accidentally put the sauce on! He was very friendly and I was super appreciative of the amazing customer service. The pizza was hot and tasted just like I remembered! The wings were what you’d expect from a fast food chain, but they hit the spot. If I lived locally I’d definitely go back based solely on how well I was treated. Also the prices were extremely fair and the food was good. 10/10 experience 8/10 food, but overall 10/10...
