Store very nicely decorated. Good selection of samples with parking available in area. Nice variety of products in addition to peanuts, including other nuts, mustards, jams, kitchen products, chocolates, salsa's, dips and collectable souvenir trinkets. We went on 2 different days and had very different experiences. One time we spoke with the manager who was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The 2nd day we went there were 2 employees who were indifferent to us even being in the store. They carried on their conversations amongst themselves speaking of prior guests coming in and not buying products and we're more concerned about hanging bumblebee prop decorations rather then assisting/ greeting customers. Note - there are other peanut vendors in the near vicinity with equally good products and IMHO...
Read moreService has gone downhill but more importantly, if you’re planning on grabbing yourself some delicious, one-of-of-a-kind chocolate covered peanut brittle, save your time!!!! Not sure how late I am to finding this out, but I know NUMEROUS people who have gone to this shop for 20 years with one purchase in mind, and it is no longer an option. Bring back the chocolate covered brittle, convince me that you aren’t bothered by my presence when I walk in the store, and I...

My initial email confirmation from their chosen UPS delivery service, showed arrival within the 3 day window. A subsequent update from UPS indicated arrival 3 days later. I called The Peanut Shop and their initial reaction was to advise me to deal with UPS. I didn't select UPS, they did. I wanted a $15 credit for the late delivery. Their solution? Reroute the package back to their home base and refund my total payment within 14 business days. Seems like a lot of extra work to avoid issuing a $15 credit. Oh yes, and they have lost a customer that also did previous...
