I visited this store while on vacation last weekend. I saw this stunning ring but decided not to buy it because

They didn’t have my size I didn’t “really need” it.

Well, I came back home and I regretted not buying the ring. I had never seen one like it before and even after scowering the internet, I couldn’t find anything similar. So I emailed the store from the “contact us” link on its page. Within 24 hours the assistant manager Rory emailed me back letting me know they had ordered my size and it should be in within the next few days and I could call whenever I wanted to pay for the ring.

I called and let him know that I was not local and wouldn’t be back in Williamsburg any time soon. NO PROBLEM! They’re mailing it right to me.

It was such an easy experience and I can’t wait to get my unique piece of jewelry 💚. And I ABSOLUTELY will be shopping there again whenever I’m lucky enough to visit.

Loved this place!! At first I just bought myself a plaque with my family name. Then I fell in love with a waxed cotton rain jacket, but it was a bit pricey, so I left without it.🥺 However, it was just so phenomenal that I actually went back to my hotel and could not stop thinking about it, so I caved and went back an hour later and bought it. Lol.. We only live once right? I'm so happy and thankful I did! I would have regretted it if I hadn't, and who wants to live with that kind of regret? 😁

Lastly, the sales girl, named Camille was so sweet and helpful and even remembered me and welcomed me back.

Overall just a great store and a great experience. So... If you're looking for authentic Scottish goods, this is a great place to go. The store is packed with stuff and the quality is amazing... Whenever I come back to Williamsburg, I will stop in here...

I've come to the store many times, and they have a lot of cute, high-quality clothing items. I generally do more browsing than buying, but I also signed up for their mailing list and ordered something when they were on sale. The sweater arrived really quickly, sizing was off (because of my ordering) but they were really friendly to exchange. It's a small business so it's calling up and arranging, but everyone was very friendly and helpful that I talked to. The time for me to ship it back and get a new size was very reasonable. And I love my sweater, it's so soft, I can't wait to wear it in winter.

They have a great selection in person and online, and the clothes are a good value for the price. I don't always buy, but I do always walk in and browse when I'm...
