It's amazing that the area hasn't had a true local butcher shop experience, and the expansion of Two Drummers into The EDGE District has been a welcome addition to Williamsburg.

I recently purchased a five bone rib roast for a family gathering from Two Drummer's Butcher & BBQ Provisions. We cooked it per a recipe we've used for years and it turned out to be superb, as good as any I've ever had, whether home cooked or restaurant prepared. The meat was melt in your mouth tender and very flavorful. I'm thrilled to have a legitimate old style butcher shop in Williamsburg. The Wade brothers are quite willing to take the time to understand what their customer wants and will even offer cooking advice...

We went to Two Drummers Butcher shop yesterday for the first time. We got 4 New York strips and they were INCREDIBLE. I didn’t take a picture of them after they were cooked but they were delicious! Cut like butter and had so much flavor. The shop had lots of other options as well, wings, filet mignon, lamb chops, Italian meats, etc. The guy who helped us was nice and very knowledgeable on the meats they have. The steaks we got were very reasonably priced and we will be back...
