Everyone was pleasant to deal with other then the salesmen we ended up with to purchase our mattress. He's definitely not a people person. I also think they should advertise the prices with shipping costs considering the only way you can get anything is to have it delivered, its just a showroom, they have no inventory. I think the price ended up being like a $250+ difference. They have you sit down in front a large monitor / computer and then use this little tablet to do the paper work, the letters were so small i couldn't read any of it but im assuming half of that $250+ was tax. I went to Bob's last Saturday with my mom to check out a few furnitures for my new place and it was our first time visiting too. The staff at Bob's are all very welcoming and were ready to assist you anytime. Noah, the agent who assisted us gave an excellent customer service that's actually catered to our specific needs and gave us different options to choose from different furniture s and what have you. It can be overwhelming when canvassing for the necessary things you need for a home but, with their help in store, it's less stressful and very re-assuring. So we were really grateful for the help. This store was most impressive, with its kind hospitable invite with its friendly and informative staff directed me to satisfy my needs and affordability for the item I was looking for. Was not expecting so much of a high class service at a store who's prices were the best in the business. I was overly impressed and it wasn't even the fact of the café in the middle. Even being from New York and it's furniture stores ,yeah maybe a cappuccino, but a café with ice cream , candy, cookies and coffee, unheard of.
