@cityofwilmde The Clifford Brown Jazz Festival returned to Rodney Square in Wilmington, DE for its 35th anniversary and did not disappoint! There's a lot to be said about a city that hosts a free multiple day jazz festival, especially during these economic times. Kudos to the mighty City of Wilmington. ๐๐ผโจ๐
It was invigorating sitting outdoors with mature music lovers and listening to great artist. I'm grateful the opportunity was available.

ย ย ย Read moreVery disappointed this year! I traveled near 3 hrs from PA on Sat, June 21st. Have been to this "jazz" festival 2 times in the past and enjoyed it. I left during the performer, Lily Anel. Her performance was so boring I could not bear it any longer. She was more a folk musician. There needs to be "true " jazz musicians performing. As reference, check out the Jazz and Wine Fest at Fort Hunter in Harrisburg, PA in mid- September each year. Amazing jazz musicians every year. This is jazz. I won't be attending the Clifford Brown festival any time soon...
