DO NOT SHOP HERE! CORPORATE HAS THE WORST ETHICS I HQVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I ordered 2 picture frames for Mother's Day 2 weeks before the holiday. I was confident that my online order would be shipped to the store in plenty of time. YEAH RIGHT! Weeks late I received a phone call from corporate saying that one frame was not received by the store and the other is ready for pickup. They offered a refund for one and not the other. Since my entire order was late & less than $15 I asked that both merchandise be refunded. I was cold transferred to a supervisor of corporate...had to explain it all again. Then, put on hold for 10 mins to hear that an actual supervisor refused my refund because the store already has one of my items! WHAT!?    Read moreI checked gift options online before going to the store, so I knew what I wanted to purchase. Picked up some cute Christmas ornaments for half off which I didn't intend to buy. They were out of stock of the gift item I originally went there for. I haven't been to a Kirkland's in many years and it wasn't what I remembered. I thought the items were a little cheaply made and overpriced. I was disappointed as I expected to buy a few Christmas gifts there to get them off my list and left with only the tree ornaments that we're half priced. We purchased a mirror and corner which was covered was broken. Also at the place you had to hang it. The sales clerk was very nice and professional. Heads up its yours whether you can use it or not.
