Lure — Local services in Wilmington

All asked final?!!! Ridiculous!!! Can’t put items in a bag not once but two separate occasions!!! Visiting from out of town and shopped at Lure. I gave the clerk items for myself and my daughter to purchase. When i got home my one dress was not in my bag. I called and then went back to the store to pick up the items and then ended up purchasing more items only to get to my daughters to change only to find yet AGAIN a dress was not in my bag!!! The clerk then was messaging me pretending to be the owner saying because I was not charged they would give me a whopping 19% discount!! Really for having to traveling back to a store, pay for parking not once but twice because the staff can’t ring up items given to them on s counter???

After spending way too much money and the unprofessional treatment I️ decided to just return everything and they REFUSED!!!

I visited Lure searching for a dress for my 22nd birthday party, and normally dress very conservatively, but was looking for something a little out-of-the-box for this occasion. I asked the very kind woman working there to help me shop, and for her advice between multiple dresses. AVOID!!!! Mean and rude woman. She refused to talk to me, my mother or my grandmother. We thought this was strange but kept looking as the clothes were cute but later 2 other girls walked in and she couldn't talk to them enough and it wasnt even like she knew them another couple walked in and she ignored them as well!!
