I bought my daughter a Christmas gift and they shipped the wrong item. I called the day that she received it and they were supposed to ship out a replacement that day and it was supposed to arrive by the Dec 21st. My daughter had to ship back what they sent in error. I never got an email confirmation, although I got an email for a review of the customer service person. So today is the 21st and nothing showed up. I called them and they said it was never shipped. They were going to cancel the order and send me an email to send back the item that they accidentally sent us. So basically my daughter would have gotten nothing for Christmas except correcting W-S mistake. They finally put me through to a supervisor who said he could rush deliver the original product that I ordered to arrive by this Saturday right before Christmas. He sent me an email to return the product that they accidentally sent us, but I still havenât received a confirmation email that they rush shipped the original gift. It was originally ordered clear back on the 14th. I told him I wasnât comfortable getting off the phone without that confirmation email and he said it would be coming shortly and I told him thatâs what the last person said. Worst customer service ever. I will never order from them again I donât know if the gift for my daughter is going to show up on Saturday or if itâs going to show up at all. They sure did get that email out for us to return the accidental shipment and for us to fix their shipping...

After using it for a bit I was not a fan of the machine so I brought it back to return it where I was told that I was not able to return it because there was nothing wrong with it, I was not told that when I bought it. I donât really care that Iâm out $600, but they need to make sure that everyone knows the policies. The service was great and everyone was nice but maybe explain the return policy better next time. The lady who helped us was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the gentleman who she worked for was less than spectacular in nearly every way. He especially seemed lacking in common courtesy to customers. Perhaps he was at the end of a long shift, but he should do better when interacting...
