First time I’ve spent $96 on a bu*t plug tail. Ended up wearing it for less than an hour and the glue that holds the tail fell apart. For something that is $96 should last more than 45 minutes. It was being worn at a social event not even being pulled or touched. It just fell off. We brought it back and the person sitting behind the counter said tough luck, and then proceeded to talk badly about the tail and thinks the store shouldn’t be selling it to begin with. Now for someone making minimum wage that tail was 10 hours of work for 45 minutes of use. I will be spreading this lack of professionalism to anyone who will listen. This is poor salesmanship and terrible customer service and most of all bad cheaply made products that this “high end store” is selling. DO NOT WAIST...

Disappointing !!!

Transformation of a Once-Inclusive Space I'm really disappointed with what My TropX (formerly Rock Hard) has become. It used to be a safe, welcoming place for everyone — especially lesbians — to shop for sex toys and other intimate products without judgment.

It felt like a fun, inclusive environment where we could just be ourselves.

But now, it's been completely rebranded to cater mostly to gay men, with little to no thought for the rest of us who supported the store for years. It's disheartening to see yet another space in Wilton Manors shift away from inclusivity. With today’s climate of uncertainty and discrimination we have so few places to express our freedoms. Never wanted to see one of the places we felt inclusivity....

Me and the boyfriend were at the bars and he needed a pack of cigarettes. (American spirits) someone suggested the sex store on the next block. We figured, why not? We went in for the cigarettes and spent the next half hour shopping the store's wide variety of awesomeness. The best part of the experience, hands down was the sales girl Mel! She was bubbly, warm, knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Her recommendations were spot on and made the whole process beyond fun. LOVE HER!!! We will definitely make this spot a must every time we visit from...
