I did not ask if she was the owner, but did ask about the Sz medium for the decorative dog collar…about what Sz dog will this collar fit? She replied, “ It’s written on the back.” I said, “No, I don’t see it.” She said, “Well, look on another collar.” All the while I was saying I know my dog’s weight…”She weighed 21 pounds the last time she went to the vet.” CRICKETS…My friends come into the shop. By this time I texted my daughter to see if she could measure our dog’s neck, but the WiFi service was bad… I was attempting to make conversation with her…”Is the WIFi service weak in this area?” “No.” So then I asked, “Is there a city WiFi available which she did not even answer to, but just rolled her eyes and sighed as if I were bothering her. We stopped in ready to purchase a few things but put them back after the lady in the shop ignored us , not even a hello, just texting away. Mind you , the shop is small. I asked the lady if she was the owner because it’s rude to straight up ignore customers. She said she was the owner but couldn’t say hello because her head was hurting from the pollen. So you can come outside and watch us while we are looking , ignore us and text while we’re inside, but can’t say hi because you have a headache ? Girl , what ?
