My elderly mother purchased several ornaments for me as a gift. An associate helped her gather several Star Wars and Star Trek ornaments. As the associate was ringing them up, my mom said I already had the most expensive one (I got it in October), but the associate said it had already been rung up and it was too late. A return could have been done right then or the transaction could have been voided.
My mom lost the receipt, but knew the exact time and date of the purchase (she had a credit card statement online confirming it). The store said they could not look up her receipt to give her a refund and could only give her a gift card for half the value because the ornaments were now on sale. Read moreI understand that everyone has their bad days. But every time I do go to this location some of employees are very rude and judgmental. You can over hear them talking about customers as they look at products and see them roll their eyes and just show no interest on being helpful. Also it seems every week the policy on certain items always change. Going from we can hold an item to we can not. From purchasing an item over the phone to not being able to . To now putting limits on how many items that person can get. They either need to post new policies or stay consistent with the one they have. This is truly beyond ridiculous. They don’t even greet you anymore and when I wanted to make my purchase the employees gave each other a look first, it felt like a judgmental stare.
