We have been customers here for YEARS and have never had an issue with anything. Yesterday my husband bought a shirt, and 2 pair of boots there which was about $300. He got home tried the shirt on and realized it was too big, so today he took it back to EXCHANGE, NOT return for cash back, well the girl told him to go get another shirt, so when he returned to the register with the correct size, the cashier told him they couldn’t take the shirt back because “it had been washed & smelled like laundry detergent” to which my husband responded that it certainly had not as he just bought it yesterday & it was the wrong size. So he asked to speak to the manager, a short blonde girl comes over & says the same thing, but then tells my husband that “because he’s been such a good customer for many years, she’ll let him exchange the shirt this once”. Unfortunately I wasn’t with him when this happened because had I been there, I could have told you first off it most definitely WAS NOT washed, and IF you did smell laundry detergent it was probably because it was laying on clean clothes that I did wash. Secondly, does it really make sense to buy a shirt, wash it, bring it back & exchange for the EXACT same shirt just a smaller size??? No. It does not. Third, I don’t even know why this would be an issue to begin with, when the store has employees modeling shirts for the website and we’re all pretty sure they are not “disposed of” because they were worn. So therefore they are worn (even if only for a min or 2) and then hung back up to sell. Also, hats are put on peoples heads in the store to “try on” as well as boots and then sold. So maybe instead of arguing & calling a loyal customer a liar, think about your own lack of sanitary practices. You certainly won’t have to worry about ever getting anymore of our money. Read moreDo not ever have your hats cleaned or formed at this store. I purchased a Stetson from them about three years ago and took it back every month to have it cleaned and formed. Each time I took it back I informed the guy who does them that the brim was very flimsy and the shape was gone. The man told me he could fix it and charged me $20 each time. I trusted him and that was my mistake. I finally took it to a better store and the guy there said Total Image destroyed my Stetson. They had taken all the firmness and shape out of the brim, also my hat is black and it had a white film in it from a cleaning product. The new store had to put two Coates of starch just to give it some form. I called Total Image and spoke with a male manager who also happen to be the one who had handled my hat each time I brought it in and he told me that Stetson’s are only good for 3-4 years ( which is not true) per Stetson their hats will last a lifetime if properly taken care of which mine is. The male manager was very rude, disrespectful and condescending to me when I spoke with on him on the phone last weekend asking what they were willing to do to fix the fact he ruined my Stetson. His response “so you want us to be out a couple hundred dollars to replace your hat.” I said yes since I spent a couple hundred and you destroyed my hat. He got very defensive and said he would have another manager call me but he hung up n me before getting any of my information. I have left two voicemail messages for a different manager or the owner no call me and it’s been a week and still no one has reached out. I will be contacting my attorney. Read moreI have always purchase my Levi's at this store for years I have purchased Levi's as gifts for others I recently purchased two pair that were the wrong size prior to Christmas they were for a Christmas gift I gave them to the person early they tried them on they didn't fit I return them happily with no problems and got the right size however instead of getting 550's I picked up 505 's by mistake it's a total different fit, the jeans were tried on never worn, I try to exchange them when I return from my vacation of 10 days the two associates insisted because the tags were taken off had been washed and they smelt like laundry detergent I currently still have the genes they do not smell like anyting I have had multiple people look at the jeans smell the jeans you can clearly see they were never washed if they were they would have had a wrinkle or some indication that they were highly highly disappointed in this store very poor customer service I was trying to exchange the jeans only to get 550, in the same size, I was trying to exchange them not get my money back because I didn't keep the receipt however lesson learned I will never ever purchase anything from that store again I have been buying stuff for years there all I wear is Levi jeans that is all I purchase for anyone I buy jeans for they insisted that the genes have been worse that's a total lie I will happily buy from Kohl's or any other place or order online and pay more for them than to give that store another Penny of my money a word to the wise they will accuse you of washing your jeans and trying to take them back that is something I have never ever done I realize that some people may do that I have...
