I wanted to get married with my late grandmothers ring, and this shop seemed like a blessing when I was told they could put a CZ in for a reasonable cost, in reasonable time.

The workmanship was extremely poor, but good enough that the CZ would stay in the ring for the ceremony.

A few months later I have come to find that the accent diamond was stolen, and replaced with a CZ.

I needed a bracelet resized for my wedding day, I went in and tried it on and had him mark where it needed to be sized too. I went to pick it up the next day and tried it on and it was exactly the same. He states he resized it but when I asked where the extra pearls were that he had taken off he said he didn’t have them. Brought my watch in to repair a slight bend in the clasp and take links out. Charged me $20. When I came back, the clasp was still slightly bent, it had scratches in it (brand new watch), and it still was too loose. Then, he told me to have another link removed it'd cost another $5.
